DCH Spotlight: Samantha's Party Dog Dress

I recently watched the new Tim Gunn's Guide to Style show (loved it, by the way) and one of the ten must have wardrobe basics is a fantastic cocktail dress. I think this dress is one of those fantastic, head-turning, entrance-making cocktail dresses. The green with pink accents is just divine!
